Workshops designed for the virtual learning environment using the 3-D Design to Inspire model.

Below are some of the virtual workshops we offer to help learn the art and adopt the skills to provide effective and inspiring workshops of your own.

As a business owner or professional who wants to attract clients and customers, you know that at the heart of your success is a solid marketing plan. Many choose to use workshops or classes as part of that plan.

A high quality class or workshop helps you:

Introduce yourself to prospects and other interested parties

Form real connections with people interested in what you offer

Convey what’s compelling about your product or service

Inspire prospects to want this product or service from YOU!

How do you create this success? You Learn to Inspire.

Learn to Inspire uses a unique and sound approach to help you create workshops and other learning experiences that attract clients and inspire them to hire you as their service provider.

1. Create a Positive Physical Environment

Whether you are facilitating by phone, in person, or over the internet, you can create an environment that supports a quality experience of exploration, learning and community. The space in which we offer our subject matter has an energy all it’s own and contributes to the overall learning experience. We may or may not have total control over where our event will be held but we can still influence it in a variety of ways.

In this teleclass you will discover the many ways you can use the physical environment to have a positive effect on learning.

2. Teleclass Sizzle

What will you bring to make your teleclass experience exciting and real? How can you help your participants integrate the learning for their own use? We all have our preferred ways to learn and it pays as the facilitator to accommodate these styles with a variety of strategies.

Join Linda and Deb in this interactive session as they facilitate an exploration of styles and strategies that keep your participants engaged and inspired.

3. Inspire a Cooperative Learning Environment

One of the most important lessons to learn in successful facilitation of any learning session is to expect the unexpected. What will you do when the conversation goes way off the intended course? How will you manage a participant who is resistant or in need of more than intended?

Bring your stories and join us as we explore how we can shift from dread to delight and from fear to fun.

4. Teleclass Innovation-Design to Inspire

Together we explore the types of virtual learning environments you can create and how to attract your ideal audience. We provide you with a systematic approach to designing a class as well as facilitation guidelines to help you deliver the class with ease. You will receive lots of practical information with an opportunity to play with a topic you have in mind. Linda and Deb are committed to helping you create an energy for your teleclass that sizzles, inspires, and motivates clients and customers to want more of what you have to offer.

All of our learning opportunities are provided using the following guidelines for creating a safe learning space.

Standards of Presence

The Standards of Presence help create a welcoming and safe learning space to fully support all who show up. We have found that by following these guidelines, together we create a positive environment that allows for ease of learning and greater trust among all who participate in the experience.

At the start of our sessions we ask learners to share in our intention to follow these guidelines throughout our time together. We invite you to review them now so you are familiar with them. You may even want to apply these Standards to other areas of your life!

It is our intention to…

1. …maintain confidentiality

Beginning with acceptance we agree to maintain confidentiality so that what we see and hear that is personal or specific to another within the group stays here.

2. …adopt a stand for innocence

In all discussions where a beginner’s mind is adopted we release a desire to evaluate or compare what we learn.

3. …practice a positive focus

We support each other with focusing on what is working, filling our tank with the power of positivity and noticing what expands.

4. …connect at a heart level

We open to the essence of what is being conveyed and, at least for now, release the need to evaluate and judge.

5. …share magnificence

We  magnify our own or another’s essence, speaking in ‘I’ statements and avoiding telling others what they should do, feel, or believe, or how they should act.

6. …listen deeply and with honor

We listen respectfully to allow full engagement and attention and release anticipating or knowing what others are going to share. We allow each conversation to stand alone and release comparisons to the past.

7. …give only authentic and positive acknowledgment and support

We offer only positive feedback, keeping it simple and acknowledging another for the essence of what’s been shared. We know that creativity thrives when unsolicited advice, criticism, counseling, or consulting is withheld.

8. …fully receive acknowledgement and support

We are open to receiving acknowledgment, letting it sink in and simply responding with “thank you.”

9. …practice self care and self responsibility and allow others to do the same

We take care of ourselves and allow others to do the same. When something feels like a judgment or advice we ask that it be reframed.

10. …be fully present

We agree to be here, stay here and be known. We agree to be in a space of acceptance as we try on these standards.
